About the Prospect 
An opportunity has arisen for a Mine Scheduling Engineer to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. This site-based role reports to the Senior Production Engineer and operates on an 8:6 roster. 
Your focus will be on developing integrated weekly mining, milling, and maintenance schedules to ensure operations run efficiently and are aligned with business objectives. 
Your primary responsibilities will include: 
- Developing and maintaining weekly mining schedules, ensuring alignment with the Three-Month Plan (3MP) and rolling 13-week plan.
- Ensuring scheduling files are accurate, current, and well-controlled.
- Preparing and presenting daily and weekly production plans, and tracking compliance in planning meetings.
- Incorporating safety standards and statutory requirements into all scheduling activities.
- Monitoring performance against schedules, analysing variances, and preparing timely reports.
- Collaborating with operations, geology, maintenance, projects, and processing teams to improve scheduling and support business planning.
About You 
Our ideal candidate will have some post-graduation experience in a mining environment, including exposure to underground mechanised mining. 
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications: 
- A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
- An understanding of underground mining practices, ideally including longhole stoping.
- Some experience in ring design software.
- A current C-class manual driver’s licence.
