Key Responsibilities:
* Stay updated on relevant HR policies, procedures, and employment law to provide high-standard advice.
* Manage administrative tasks for the People and Culture Administration Team, ensuring efficient use of corporate systems and documentation.
* Respond professionally to general HR enquiries and escalate matters when necessary, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
* Compile reports, including statistical and survey data, and produce professional written correspondence, with attention to detail and quality.
* Assist in developing and authorizing policies, procedures, and forms, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.
* Support managers on performance management, misconduct investigations, and grievance handling, ensuring documented processes comply with policy.
* Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records, adhering to data protection protocols and regulations.
* Contribute to People and Culture strategies, projects, and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
