About the Role
As our
Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor
, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and beautifully maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule maintenance and groundskeeping works
Provide advice on building projects and upgrades
Manage maintenance systems and records
Ensure safe and responsible use of equipment and materials
Lead and mentor staff to foster a high-performing, safety-conscious team culture
Ensure WHS and fire safety compliance, including contractor oversight
Participate in on-call arrangements as required
Liaise with internal teams, residents, families, and external contractors
About You
Proven leadership and staff management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Valid Driver's Licence and Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willingness to obtain)
