As a Customer Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to provide customers with a seamless banking experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.
You will be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. This involves actively participating in and supporting bank programs and initiatives, taking responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and ensuring compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring exceptional customer focus, retail experience being an advantage. Additionally, experience in using technology and promoting it is beneficial, as well as the ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will also be essential in working collaboratively with others and delivering a high standard of customer service.
