About The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations at a large warehouse. With responsibility for multiple shifts and a large workforce, the Warehouse Manager will drive safety, efficiency, team engagement, and continuous improvement. The role balances operational oversight with a strategic lens, suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of team leaders and warehouse staff
* Oversee inbound freight, inventory, and dispatch processes
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
* Drive process improvements and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
* Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across operations and planning
About You
* Experienced warehouse leader from a high-volume, multi-shift environment
* Confident managing casual and permanent workforce teams
* Background in logistics, receiving, and inventory control
* Strong leadership skills with a practical, hands-on approach
* Able to think strategically and continuously improve warehouse processes
* Ideally holds a qualification in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain (preferred but not essential)
* Safety-first mindset with high attention to operational detail
