The Fabrication Company is a one-stop metal fabrication shop, specialising in architectural metalwork, sheet metal processing, metal fabrication, and metal finishing. We are currently seeking a full-time office administrator to join our team based in Loganholme.

- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Working within Xero for invoicing and daily accounts receivable/payable data entry and reconciliations
- Working within Microsoft Office Suite
The role will involve the following activities:
- Providing key communication to customers including managing incoming phone/reception/leads
- Entering of creditor invoices into the company accounting system
- Invoicing and daily accounts receivable/payable reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with HR and payroll
- Provide support to the management team
- Assisting with the receipt of orders and ensuring that the flow of paperwork is maintained
- Working with our paint department team to ensure completeness of documentation from order inception to dispatch, invoicing and accounts receivable
- Assist with responding to leads and support with estimating/quoting works
- General office administration duties including maintaining office cleanliness
- Manage office stationery & post office
- Assist with Workplace Health and Safety requirements
Pay: $57,000.00 per year
