As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily kitchen operations at our hotel. Your primary goal will be to produce high-quality meals that exceed our guests' expectations.
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Chef de Partie who is dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences. You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop new menu items, recipes, and dishes that showcase your creativity and expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Producing high-quality meals for our patrons
* Assisting in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
* Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day operations of the kitchen
* Demonstrating high standards of food production and presentation
* The ability to work smoothly under pressure and remain calm in a busy work environment

In addition to your culinary skills, we require:
* Relevant cookery qualifications (Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery)
* A minimum of two years experience in a busy hotel or restaurant environment
* Experienced in banquet-style cooking
* Demonstrated experience working without supervision in a busy environment
