* Organize interpreter services as needed.
* Maintain site presentation, cleanliness, and event preparation standards.
* Complete regular site audits and implement improvements.
* Monitor voicemail requests and respond accordingly.
* Review and forward faxes as necessary.
* Update electronic records for existing clients.
* Support reporting and data management tasks.
Requirements:
* Previous administration experience (desired).
* Knowledge of health-related procedures or experience in the disability sector (desired).
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
