CKSC is a fast-growing provider of kitchen and laundry equipment services to remote mine sites across Australia. We're expanding and looking for a motivated Spare Parts Interpreter & Customer Service Agent to join our supportive and high-performing Spare Parts team.

About the Role
You'll play a key role in sourcing and supplying spare parts for internal and external customers, ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to phone and email enquiries relating to spare parts
* Identify commercial kitchen and laundry parts and provide accurate quotations
* Entry and expediting of customer and supplier orders within ERP, liaising with suppliers to track and expedite deliveries
* Assist with material planning inline with scheduling requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer demands
About You
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask under pressure
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
* Experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (e.g. MYOB Advanced, HubSpot or similar)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
* Mechanical aptitude (preferred)
