About the Role:
This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young individuals. As a Youth Worker, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future by guiding and empowering these young minds to become confident and capable of thriving. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Foster meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance.
- Develop and implement engaging programs that foster personal growth.
- Provide emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Utilise your personal experience to inspire and connect with young individuals.
- Support and encourage children and young people with Dual Diagnosis including Trauma-based behaviour to feel safe and secure to build trusting relationships/connections.

About You:
- Hold a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent, or working towards.
- Be passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
- Possess excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
- Show enthusiasm as an enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
- Be available for a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends & sleepover shifts.
