Insurance Law Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled insurance law specialist to join our Canberra team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of insurance matters, including common law tort claims and statutory workers compensation and CTP claims.
* You will be responsible for direct client access, close collaboration with Partners, supportive training and mentoring, advisory work on coverage analysis, and advocacy in the courts and tribunals.
To succeed in this role, ideally you will have experience in insurance and litigation, critical analysis skills in respect of expert reports, contracts, and legislation and regulatory documents, ability to draft clear and concise communications, and good interpersonal and communication skills in conversing with clients and other parties.
