Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of personal injury cases (CTP, workers compensation and Public Liability matters) from initial consultation to settlement.
* Negotiate settlements and liaise with insurance companies.
* Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
* Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Requirements:
* Experience in Personal Injury Law.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and litigation skills.
* Empathetic and compassionate approach.
* Detail-oriented.
