About the Role We're looking for a qualified, experienced, and quality-focused Spray Painter to help us deliver exceptional results to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Carry out all paint jobs to meet AMA's high-quality standards and proceduresFinalise colour matching and minor colour adjustments to ensure a flawless finishMaintain and care for spray booths, equipment, and roboticsPerform other duties as required by leadership What You'll Bring: Trade qualification in Automotive Spray Painting (essential)Previous experience in the Collision Repair industry (essential)Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licenceWe understand everyone's life looks a little different - if you need flexible work hours, we're open to discussing options.
