This role is responsible for ensuring our systems work efficiently together, support staff and student needs, and align with school improvement priorities.With a focus on practical implementation, staff support, and continuous improvement, the role includes system administration, documentation, training, and contributing to key projects — such as the rollout of platforms like Canvas LMS, Flexischools, Salesforce SIS, and others.This full-time position is expected to start as soon as possible.Key focus areas:Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of multiple school platformsWork alongside CEM and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration of digital toolsCreate user guides, SOPs, and training resources tailored to staff and family needsIdentify system inefficiencies and lead improvements in workflow and user experienceProvide data insights and operational reporting to inform school planningDeliver onboarding and ongoing support to admin and teaching teamsIf you’re organised, systems-minded, and passionate about improving school operations through smart processes and better data, we’d love to hear from you.Qualifications and Skills:Demonstrated experience managing and supporting digital systems or platforms in an educational or organisational settingA genuine interest in improving school operations and enabling staff through efficient systems and processesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support non-technical usersExcellent organisation, reliability, and attention to detailA valid Working with Children CheckAbility to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendorsA willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvementBenefitsAuthentic Christian vision, culture, and teamEAP Program with free counselling sessionsEmployee benefits package with 15-50% leading retail brandsGrow in your faith, skills, and experience.
