Overview

Deliver exceptional emergency care with the support of safe staffing ratios, in Manning Hospital, Manning Valley.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Position Classification: Registered Nurse

Remuneration: $72,152.53 – $101,299.48 Per Annum + 12% Super + Salary Packaging + Incentives

Hours Per Week: 38

Location: Manning Hospital

Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Be rewarded with up to $10,000 in the first 12 months, plus up to $10,000 each year thereafter in fortnightly payments under the Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.

Responsibilities

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care. As part of the Safe Staffing Levels project, you’ll be joining a team that benefits from improved staffing ratios and strong clinical leadership.

About You

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in ED or acute care settings
- Confidence in meeting Transfer of Care (ToC) KPIs
- Commitment to continuous learning and evidence‑based practice
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Based on a minimum 18‑month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of the contract. Payments for part‑time and contract employees are pro‑rata.
