Help clients spread their wings and connect with their community.
Teach & Learn –
Support clients as they level up their life skills (bonus: you might learn a few too).
Drive the Fun –
Take clients to programs and activities in Sunnyfield's vans.
Keep It Snappy –
Write progress notes that are clear, concise, and fabulous.
Be the Team MVP –
Collaborate with families and adapt to behaviour support strategies like a champ.
What You Bring To The Party
A heart three sizes too big (not medically, just metaphorically).
Experience in the disability sector is super important Also, you'll need to have worked with clients who show behaviours of concern — knowing how to support them is key
Have completed minimum Cert III in Disability, because qualifications are vital
Willingness to assist with personal care when needed.
Resilience, empathy, and a 'let's do this' attitude.
A driver's licence and reliable transport is a must.
