Role Summary
Continuing Faculty at the Faculty of Business and Economics (Level B-D) with salary $124,656 – $202,556 p.a. plus 17% superannuation. Indigenous‐identified academic role focused on shaping research and policy in Indigenous business ecosystems, collaborating with communities, government and industry. Responsibilities
* Lead or contribute to high‐quality research projects on Indigenous leadership, entrepreneurship, business ecosystems, policy and participation.
* Secure research funding, produce influential publications and share findings with academic, community, policy and industry audiences.
* Supervise and mentor higher‐degree researchers and early‐career academics within Dilin Duwa's programmes and projects.
* Contribute to postgraduate, executive or community teaching where aligned with your expertise and the Centre's priorities.
* Build partnerships with Indigenous communities, governments, businesses and universities, strengthening the Indigenous business ecosystem nationally and internationally.
Qualifications
* Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and bring lived experience of Indigenous cultures and knowledges.
* Hold a doctoral degree in Indigenous business, Indigenous leadership or a closely related discipline.
* Demonstrate a strong and growing record of research, publications and, where applicable, competitive research funding success.
* Bring experience designing and delivering university‐level subjects or programmes in Indigenous Business and Leadership or related fields.
* Provide successful supervision and mentoring for higher‐degree research students and emerging Indigenous scholars.
* Collaborate effectively with Indigenous communities, industry, government and academic partners to influence policy and practice.
