Managing a portfolio of projects across SSA requires fit for purpose change management advisory and specialist support.
Collaborating with Project Managers, Program Managers, Sponsors and stakeholders to develop and implement effective change management plans.
Developing and maintaining detailed change artefacts, work plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of change initiatives.
Applying Austal's Change Management Framework, processes, tools and activities to support successful project outcomes.
Enhancing organisational capability in change management through coaching and mentoring initiatives.
Working closely with Project Managers to integrate change activities into overall project plans, risk management plans and program schedules.
