Key Accounts Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Accounts Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for securing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales, with experience working within the construction or trade services industry.
* Drive New Business – Identify and secure new insulation project opportunities within the residential construction sector
* Manage Key Accounts – Maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
* Sales & Quoting – Generate leads, prepare accurate quotes and estimates, and manage the sales pipeline
* Site Visits & Project Oversight – Conduct site inspections, take measurements, liaise with site managers, and ensure compliance with OH&S standards
* Tender Coordination – Prepare submissions and support successful project delivery
What We Are Looking For
A valid driver's license and white card
1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within construction or trade services
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
Experience working with builders or developers
Ability to read and interpret construction plans
Comfortable using MS Office and quoting tools
