About the Role 
We're seeking a 
Level 3 IT Support Technician 
who thrives on autonomy and takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions. You'll be the go-to expert for escalated issues, complex projects, and infrastructure improvements for our clients. 
What You'll Do 
Lead troubleshooting and resolution for Level 3 escalations. 
Design, implement, and maintain network, server, and cloud solutions. 
Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 team members to build capability. 
Manage projects end-to-end, including client communication and documentation. 
Proactively monitor and improve client environments to reduce downtime and risk.
