Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and register owners and guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality.
* Provide personalized information on local area attractions, helping our guests make the most of their vacation time.
* Accurately complete all department-related paperwork, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
* Utilize advanced communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to provide exceptional support to our guests.
* Meet face-to-face with guests to generate sales appointments for our sales centers at our amazing resorts and via live streaming, turning vacation inspiration into exceptional travel experiences.
* Build rapport and establish commonality with customers to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
* Collaborate closely with the resort operations team to provide high-quality service and a smooth check-in process for our guests.
* Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community, inspiring our guests to explore new destinations and experiences.
* Meet established targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the business, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar hotel position, with a strong background in customer service and hospitality.
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on our guests' lives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude, with a commitment to achieving excellence in everything you do.
* Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting the highest standards of our company's brand and values.
* High levels of computer literacy, with the ability to utilize advanced technology to deliver exceptional results.
* Previous experience with a Property Management System (PMS), such as Hirum, Fidelio, or Opera, would be advantageous but not essential.
* The ability to recognize and solve problems effectively, thinking creatively and outside the box to find solutions.
* Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school breaks, to meet the needs of our guests and business.
