Founded over 100 years ago in Australia, a renowned and well known house-hold company, sitting within the travel industry, is looking for an excellent Strategic Insights Manager to join their team.
**About the role**:
As the Strategic Insights Manager, you will be working with complex data analytics and modelling to develop high impact customer insights related to; their behaviours across the company's digital and group platforms. You will also be liaising with the company's senior management and their Head of Data to deliver your insights to help increase better customer experience.
**Duties include**:
- Designing and performing complex analysis against the data sources to deliver customer insights
- Interpreting the information to provide the insights and recommendations to senior management to use when making key business decisions
- Leading the scoping and delivery of analytics projects
- Design and develop decision review analysis, report on the outcomes and performance
**Skills & experience**:
- 3 - 5 years' experience in Insights, Analytics led roles
- Strong experience with Google Analytic data collection and administrations; including coding and tag implementation
- Extensive experience in extracting and manipulating large volume data with SQL and Teradata
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to develop insights and recommendations
- Strong experience in knowing how Google Analytics is set up and the best way to funnel analytics
- Strong stakeholder management skills
