Time+Tide Watches is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our US expansion. This leadership role involves overseeing the commercial engine and cultural heart of our organization in the US, driving growth and profitability while aligning with our global vision, mission, and culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy across e-commerce, retail, and media to drive growth and revenue.
* Studio Operations: Oversee the operations of our New York Watch Discovery Studio, a first-of-its-kind luxury-meets-media concept space.
* P&L Management: Manage the US P&L, drive profitability, and oversee inventory, logistics, and studio operations.
* Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and grow a passionate US team aligned with Time + Tide's global vision, mission, and culture.
Requirements
* Leadership Experience: Proven leadership in a commercial or GM role, ideally within luxury or media.
* Digital and Physical Retail: Understand both digital and physical retail – and how to unify them into one seamless brand experience.
* E-commerce, Analytics, and Marketing Performance: Has a sharp mind for e-commerce, analytics, and marketing performance.
* Watches and Community: Loves watches (or is ready to fall hard) and understands the power of community-led growth.
