This is a Senior leadership role within a large, purpose-driven organisation based in Melbourne.
This role leads data, insights, digital platforms and supporter experience across fundraising and partnerships. You will set and deliver a modern data and digital strategy and ensure systems effectively support fundraising performance and engagement.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the data, insights and digital strategy across fundraising and partnerships
• Own data governance, quality, privacy and reporting standards
• Deliver actionable insights to support decision making and performance
• Oversee and optimise fundraising and CRM platforms including Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud tools
• Improve digital supporter journeys and reduce manual processes
• Partner with transformation and technology teams on integration and automation initiatives
About you:
• Proven experience leading data, insights or digital customer or supporter experience functions
• Strong experience with fundraising CRMs, particularly Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud ecosystems
• Solid background in analytics, reporting and data governance
• Comfortable leading change and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience in fundraising, membership or not for profit environments is desirable
A senior role for someone who enjoys combining strategy, systems and data to drive meaningful impact. This role is for a Non-for-Profit organisation so experience from this background is highly desirable.
