About Us
This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits more specifically in our Supervision team (WC) who hold licensed insurers to account to their obligations in the NSW Workers Compensation scheme.

Your responsibilities will include:
7. Oversee the implementation of performance standards to ensure transparency, consistency, and alignment with statutory obligations
8. Provide expert advice and build capability to help stakeholders achieve scheme objectives and deliver customer outcomes
9. Analyse data and intelligence to identify risks, detect non-compliance, and inform regulatory priorities
10. Monitor performance and recommend improvements to ensure services continue to meet customer needs
11. Apply remediation strategies to address issues and ensure compliance with scheme requirements
12. Support the development and delivery of regulatory strategies that build public trust and drive positive outcomes
