Contact Services Officer
Provide support to our Facilities Management (FM) Support Desk.
Monday to Friday hours - 80 hours per fortnight
Salary packaging benefits + 5 weeks Annual Leave + Monthly ADO
About The Role
Working within a multi-skilled team and reporting to the FM Helpdesk Manager, the contact services officer position will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:
FM Help Desk support – comprising of administrative assistance to various departments
Customer Service and general Administrative Duties
Processing of purchase orders, invoices
Fielding Engineering, Biomedical and Fleet Management inquiries
Dispatching tasks to field technicians
About You
Demonstrated administration experience
Experience with Facilities Management-related software systems
Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner
Exceptional people and customer service skills
The ability to complete additional shifts where required,
