WHO ARE WE...
We are a Sydney-based MSP supporting a range of businesses with end-to-end IT solutions including cloud, infrastructure, and end-user support. Our projects focus on modern environments using Azure, VMware, Microsoft 365, and security-led best practices. With proactive monitoring, automation, and a strong focus on compliance, we help clients stay secure, scalable, and ahead of the curve.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING...
You will work as a key technical resource helping deliver and support Modern Workplace environments across Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure. From greenfield deployments to ongoing optimisation and BAU escalations, you will work with the presales and projects team to design and deliver scalable and secure environments tailored to client needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Deploying Azure services such as Azure AD (now Entra ID), Intune, and Virtual Desktop
* Managing and maintaining Windows Server, AD DS, and Group Policy in hybrid setups
* Administering and migrating Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
* Implementing and troubleshooting VMware and Hyper-V infrastructure
* Supporting firewalls, switches, and broader networking
* Collaborating with internal teams and clients to scope and deliver projects
* Handling escalations from the Service Desk and ensuring excellent client experiences
YOU NEED TO HAVE....
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
* Solid understanding of VMware or Hyper-V and hybrid infrastructure
* Good working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory services
* Practical networking skills including firewalls and security
* Ability to manage multiple client environments
* Excellent documentation habits and a customer-focused mindset
