About The Opportunity

Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital is seeking a dynamic Senior Physiotherapist (Level 3) to join our Post Acute Rehabilitation team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from complex neurological, orthopaedic, aged care and medical conditions. You'll manage a diverse caseload across outpatient rehabilitation settings, apply advanced clinical reasoning, and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
As a senior clinician, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff, supervising students, and fostering a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. What You'll Be Doing
This position is responsible for providing high quality physiotherapy services. This includes service development and evaluation and advanced reasoning and clinical practice skills in the management of clients of a novel or complex nature. This position is responsible for the supervision, teaching and training of Level 1/2 Physiotherapists, AHAs and students.

* Do you have current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)? Please attach a copy of your AHPRA registration in your application
* Extensive clinical knowledge in Rehabilitation Physiotherapy with a broad range of outpatient clinical experience including (Aged Care, Orthopaedics and neurological)
* Relevant clinical experience including demonstrated advanced practice skills and management of a complex physiotherapy caseload
* Demonstrated experience in supervision and teaching of staff and/ or students.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality improvement and service development activities.
