The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to take ownership of a varied portfolio of civil projects, spanning water infrastructure, subdivision development, and road design. You'll play a key role in project delivery -balancing hands‑on technical work with client engagement, design oversight, and mentoring of junior engineers.
You'll have opportunities to lead specialist or multidisciplinary projects, prepare design documentation and technical reports, and act as a trusted advisor to clients across public and private sectors. About You

You'll also bring:
* A degree in Civil Engineering
* Strong technical capability across water, land development, or road design
* Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects for public or private clients
* Confidence managing projects, preparing documentation, and guiding junior team members
* The ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and authorities
* A down‑to‑earth, collaborative approach
* Experience with stormwater design, relevant industry standards, 3D road design software, or contract documentation will be highly regarded - but the team is equally interested in your attitude, adaptability, and commitment to quality.
