Contract Type: 6 month temp contract with possible extension
**About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Lead to join a progressive State Government team in Subiaco. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering change communication plans that support organisational transformation and stakeholder engagement. Exposure to **business transformation projects will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities****
* Develop and implement comprehensive change communication strategies to support project objectives.
* Create clear, engaging content for internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels.
* Partner with project teams to ensure communication aligns with change management principles.
* Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Contribute to business transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and stakeholder buy-in.

To succeed in this role, you will have:***
* Proven experience in change communication planning and delivery within a government or complex organisational environment.
* Strong understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
* Exposure to business transformation projects (preferred).
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
