Overview
This is a great opportunity for a career orientated market professional to join a leading financial services organisation as a Client Onboarding Associate. Dealing with high-net-worth clients and very intelligent colleagues, our client is keen to meet with individuals who have had at least two to four year's market experience in Onboarding / portfolio administration.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate all aspects of the client onboarding process for new clients
* Initial creation of the client account
* Full Portfolio reconstruction back to the start of the financial year ensuring Capital Gains, Income and Expenses mirror that of the previous platform
* Linking through of external portfolio accounts and data feeds
* Tracking receipt of assets from external brokers and platforms and chasing and escalating as required
* Ad hoc assistance to the Adviser Transitions team as and when required
* Ad hoc projects and daily tasks as and where required
* Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their account queries
* Proficiency with IRESS is desired
* Previous experience of client portfolio reconstructions would be ideal
* A basic understanding of tax matters related to share trading
* Sound knowledge of share markets and investment operations processes
