You’ll represent the full spectrum of Data3’s IT Infrastructure and Services portfolio, working closely with industry‑leading vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HPE, HP Inc., and NetApp. This is your opportunity to play a key role in designing secure, modern, and scalable solutions for government customers across Australia. Territory Leadership & Growth Manage and grow a portfolio of Federal and/or NSW Government accounts. Develop strategic account plans that align to customer goals and transformation agendas. Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships across existing clients. Solution Sales Promote solutions across the full Data3 portfolio, including: Modern Work (collaboration, productivity, endpoint management) Data Centre & Hybrid Infrastructure Networking Solutions Cloud Services (Azure, hybrid cloud, multi‑cloud) Security Solutions (cybersecurity, identity, governance, threat protection) Data & AI (analytics, automation, insights) Vendor & Partner Collaboration Leverage strong partnerships with Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HPE, HP Inc., and NetApp. Work with vendor teams to drive joint strategies, funding programs, and go‑to‑market activities. Customer Engagement Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders across government departments. Lead conversations around digital transformation, cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernisation. Coordinate with internal specialists, architects, and services teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. Commercial Accountability Manage the full sales lifecycle including forecasting, pipeline management, proposals, and deal closure. Own the contractual process, with a strong ability to understand and negotiate Government contract templates and frameworks. Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets across your territory. About You Proven experience selling infrastructure solutions into Federal or NSW Government environments Experienced in selling complex IT solutions and services across multiple technology domains. Deep understanding of government procurement, tendering, and stakeholder engagement A strong communicator who can simplify technical concepts into outcomes that matter to customers. Collaborative by nature, working effectively with vendor partners and internal solution teams. Familiarity with vendor ecosystems such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HPE, HPi, and NetApp etc. Self‑driven, strategic, and able to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously. Strong commercial acumen with proven ability in negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management.
