About your new role...
This is your chance to step into a high-energy, hands‐on leadership role in our Equipment & Service (EQS) team.
You'll lead from the front – coaching, motivating, and supporting a diverse team of technicians and contractors and ensuring our customers get fast, reliable, high‐quality service across a wide range of equipment including:
* Glass Door Merchandisers & Air Curtain Coolers
* Fountain & vending machines
* Frozen beverage equipment
* Coffee machines
Based in Newcastle, you'll balance leadership with time in the field, staying connected to your team and the work that matters most.

You're a natural leader who brings energy, confidence, and a collaborative mindset. Whether you're mentoring your team or partnering with stakeholders, you know how to build trust and drive results. We're looking for people who bring:
* Proven experience leading field service teams (FMCG or similar)
* Strong relationship‐building and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to juggle priorities and stay cool under pressure
* Solid organisational and business admin skills
* A proactive, can‐do attitude and genuine passion for people
* Experience with SAP or similar systems (a bonus)
* Analytical thinking and a knack for planning ahead
