About the Opportunity We have a part time opportunity for an individual to join our Recycling Administration Team in Wagga Wagga. We can negotiate working days with the successful candidate, however you will need to be in the office from 8:30am until 4:36pm four days per week. As an Administration Assistant, you will work as part of a small and dedicated team to support the effective operation of day to day business. Your responsibilities will include: Perform a range of administration duties such as balancing and recouping petty cash, processing onsite sales and monitoring and recording weighbridge activities. Record and maintain accurate records for use in producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for our contract partners and Finance team as required. Provide a friendly and professional front desk experience to staff, customers and visitors, including face to face, over the phone and online communication.
