About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist) to join our growing team in Perth.
You'll deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation and case management services, supporting clients through their recovery and return-to-work journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting Initial Needs, Workplace and Ergonomic Assessments, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
* Developing and implementing tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans
* Liaising with insurers, employers, treating providers and other stakeholders
* Providing timely, professional case management and reporting
* Ensuring service delivery aligns with WorkCover WA and Comcare standards

What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
* Current registration with AHPRA or membership with ESSA
* Experience in occupational rehabilitation or workplace injury management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
* A client-centred, evidence-based approach
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
