Our client is a fast‐growing national energy brokerage helping commercial customers secure competitive electricity, gas and solar solutions. Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full business development lifecycle - from generating your own pipeline to managing accounts over the long term. Daily expectations include:

* Making 40 outbound calls per day to C‐suite decision‐makers (CFOs, COOs, CEOs).
* Selling electricity and gas contracts, with opportunities to cross‐sell solar lease/PPA solutions.
* Running a structured sales process, from prospecting to closing and portfolio management.
* Managing typical deal cycles of 6-12 months depending on client size.
* Using a modern CRM with call recording and performance tracking.
* Attending high‐quality training sessions, coaching, and development workshops.
* Collaborating with high‐performing peers in a competitive but supportive environment.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for candidates who bring:

* 1-2+ years of B2B sales/BD experience - logistics, SaaS, recruitment, insurance, telecom, energy, etc.
* Hunger, ambition and a clear desire to build a long‐term sales career.
* Strong phone energy and the resilience to consistently hit activity KPIs.
* Coachability - someone who takes training seriously and applies feedback quickly.
* A consultative, ethical sales approach when dealing with C‐suite leaders.
* Ability to build long‐term relationships and manage complex contracts.

* $80k-$100k base + Super
* OTE $150k-$165k+ in Year 1
* Uncapped commissions with Year 2 earnings of $190k+
