Location: Kelvin Grove. Term: Fixed-term, full-time until 28 May 2026. Remuneration: $86,571 to $91,079 pa (HEW4) (includes $73,154 to $76,963 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading).
Open to: Current QUT staff with unrestricted work rights for the duration of the fixed-term appointment. In support of Indigenous Australian success, Aboriginal Australians and Torres Strait Islander people who are not QUT staff are also eligible and encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- The Client Services Officer, Sport is responsible for providing high quality services for clients engaging with the Fitness and Aquatic centres by processing memberships and providing exceptional service to students, staff and the community utilizing QUT\'s health and fitness facilities.
What You Need To Succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of an Associate Diploma level qualification with relevant work experience in a Sporting Facility.
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service in a health and fitness customer-orientated, team-based environment, including attending promptly and courteously to customer requests with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a range of people at all levels and from culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer systems.
