Are you a QA expert ready to drive service excellence and consistency? I'm looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) to join our clients Enterprise Risk Branch.
In this pivotal role, you will assure the quality of service and claims decision-making for their clients, directly supporting scheme performance outcomes through a best-practice quality approach.
What You'll Deliver:
Drive sustainable improvements via client-focused quality assurance
Design and conduct auditing and investigations
Facilitate an increase in the application of quality assurance
Implement and administer Quality Assurance resources
Prepare, problem-solve and provide relevant data
Key Selection Criteria:
Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in a similar role
Ability to understand foundational skills in Quality Management (eg. ISO**** family)
Previous experience in Quality Assurance, including auditing, risk and compliance management methodologies
Experience in the practical application of Continuous Improvement methodologies
Understanding and demonstrated application of change management methodologies; demonstrated ability to work within deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong understanding and experience with data modelling techniques
Advanced MS Excel, Word and Power Point
