Training Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of impactful training programs for our retail teams. This role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and embedding scalable training solutions that elevate team performance and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and project management skills. They will be able to work effectively across multiple markets and teams, and possess a deep understanding of what drives operational excellence in retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver job-specific training programs (e.g., customer service, retail technology, wages, onboarding, and 'how we do retail')
* Drive operational excellence in the execution of frameworks, identifying and closing gaps where needed
* Act as the key contact for retail training across markets, supporting the rollout and embedding of learning programs
Requirements:
* Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a retail environment
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Ability to work effectively across multiple markets and teams
