Job Summary

We are seeking a Development Manager to join our Masterplanned Communities team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profit centre performance by delivering projects within cash flow and profit return benchmarks while integrating and consistently delivering HSE and sustainability measures.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of project launch and delivery.

* Foster cross-divisional collaboration to maximize overall profitability.

* Work with project teams to improve the customer experience along the customer journey and ensure professional and timely management of customer issues.
">
* Manage the strategy and implementation of various aspects of the sales and marketing process.
">
* Promote and role model Stockland's continued commitment to and leadership in sustainability and support the delivery of a community and environmental shared value proposition.
">
* Continually monitor market and competitor activity in relation to the direction and performance of the project, implementing product changes in conjunction with members of the cross functional project team when applicable to maintain competitiveness.

* Develop a team culture that delivers high value-add outputs and an environment where people excel.

* Proactively identify key business risks and initiate risk mitigation strategies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A degree in a related discipline.

* Development industry knowledge and expertise in residential land or similar.
