We're seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual for a casual, in-person debt collection role in the Hobart area. This must be filled as casual employment (due to insurance requirements – no contractor option).
About the Role
You'll receive a fortnightly monthly list of customers with pre-planned, efficient driving routes optimised for the most logical order. Your job is to visit these customers in person, support them in getting payments back on track through empathetic and practical discussions, assist with any barriers (like digital payments), and ensure full compliance with Australian consumer laws and our Australian Credit Licence requirements.
