Details: The Health Protection Service is looking to fill a six-month temporary position to undertake strategic reforms for the Environmental Health Section. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for reforms to the Environmental Health Sections and related Divisional regulatory decision-making, governance, accountability and transparency mechanisms. This includes developing strategic policy and planning advice to develop and support improvement in regulatory practice including into systems and processes. The overall aim is to support ACT Health as a transparent and effective regulator particularly through the principles of risk-based, data and evidence informed.The ACT Public Service supports workforce diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
