Job Overview
Hindmarsh is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to oversee high-rise residential projects.
* This position involves coordinating on-site construction activities including sub-contractors, labor, and delivery of materials.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work.
* Liaising with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate site activities including sub-contractor management, workforce planning, and material supply chain management.
* Oversee construction activities ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project delivery, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Able to demonstrate previous experience in the construction industry, trade background, leadership, and communication skills. Possessing a White Card, First Aid & Fire Warden certification is highly desirable.
