Team administration job working for a highly successful property company in South Melbourne, permanent role

**Your new company**

Your new company is a highly successful, growing and reputable property company located in South Melbourne. They offer market-leading intelligence across retail, commercial and industrial property and have expertise across leading, asset management and sales. They have two offices across Melbourne and have experienced year-on-year success and growth within both offices.

**Your new role**

Your new role as the Team Administrator will be to provide Administrative support to the sales and property team while reporting to the Directors. You will work alongside inspiring and motivated individuals and get to join a cohesive and supportive team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage filing system procedures and record keeping
- Reception cover
- Marketing support which will include creating documents, uploading properties online, designing documents using Indesign
- Event coordination, arranging morning teas and off site company events
- Booking travel and meeting coordination
- Facilitating trust monies and arranging payment of fees
- Maintaining a CRM system
- Various other administrative tasks as requested by the team

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 3+ years of experience in a Team Administration, Administrative or Marketing Administration role
- Strong organisational, coordination and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work well with others
- A genuine passion and interest for supporting others - team player mindset
- Strong technical skill with MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with Indesign (Adobe) will be highly desirable
