Join us**About the Role**We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented entry level Payroll/Accounts/Administrator to join our team at Hope Valley. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing both weekly and fortnightly employees across Australia. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving while working closely with Finance, HR, and branch teams nationwide.**Key Responsibilities*** Assist with processing end-to-end payroll for over 1,000 weekly and fortnightly employees across Australia* Maintain and update employee records accurately across multiple systems* Handling payroll queries, processing adjustments and terminations* Contribute to statutory month-end tasks including PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and Child Support* Collaborate with Finance, HR, and branch teams nationwide to ensure smooth payroll operations**What we are looking for*** Highly organized and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment* Strong attention to detail with a genuine interest in working with numbers* A team player with clear and confident communication skills* Eager to learn and grow—experience with payroll or accounting systems is a bonus, but not essential* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (we love spreadsheets)**Mandatory Requirements:*** Ability to work onsite at Hope Valley* Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)**Why Join Us**At Freo Group, you're not just processing payroll, you're powering a business that keeps Australia moving.
