Job Role Overview

* Should possess around 7~8 years of experience in software development or a related field.
* Must be adept at leading testing engagements for Oracle HCM and possess strong communication skills.
* Should be familiar with onsite-offshore project execution models.

Core HR Management: The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and maintenance of Core HR functionalities.
Talent and Compensation: They will also lead talent acquisition, management, and compensation planning initiatives.
