**The Role**
We are looking for someone full time who has a 'can do' attitude to join our small Finance team based at our Support Office in South Yarra (this is not a remote working role), a short walk from South Yarra train station.
You will need to be someone who is organised, has great time management skills and a team player as you'll be working with 3 other finance team members and part of a bigger office crew.
**The role**:
- Processing of debtor invoices and debtor payments into MYOB
- Maintaining reconciliation spreadsheets
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Monthly debtor reconciliations
- Processing of month end journals
- Investigating and resolving accounts payable enquiries
- Ensuring accuracy of accounts
- Assist with month end closing
**What we ask you to bring to the role**:
- Proven ability to multi-task with great time management skills
- Proactive attitude
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team
- Previous experience using MYOB
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Great Excel skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
