About the Role

We are seeking passionate professionals to work as Placement Liaison Officers for our Community Service Programs. The ideal candidate will support students throughout their Placement programs, utilizing industry experience and expertise to assist them in meeting expectations and thriving through these experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and enhance relationships with stakeholders to secure student placements.
* Act as the primary contact for fieldwork placements, coordinating student support and evaluating activities.
* Organize student information sessions, orientation presentations, and ensure liaison services meet compliance standards.
* Manage placement records, assess student performance, and identify and address any placement issues promptly.
* Comply with organizational policies and contribute to team meetings and professional development initiatives.
About You
The successful candidate will hold a Post Grad degree or higher in community work, social welfare, human services, Psychology or related fields, with three or more years of relevant industry experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Post Grad degree or higher in community work, social welfare, human services, Psychology or related fields.
* Three or more years of relevant industry experience.
* Commit to ongoing professional development with at least 20 hours annually.
* Demonstrate leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in data entry, database management, and online learning platforms, with strong report writing skills.
