We are currently seeking a Dragline Operator at our Coppabella Moorvale Joint Venture (CMJV) Mine.
Our CMJV mine complex consists of two open-cut mine operations located approximately 140 kilometres southwest of Mackay, producing premium low-volatile pulverized coal (LV-PCI) for export markets, with an extension of an additional pit at Moorvale South, adding to our coal production.
About the role:
As a Dragline Operator, you will play a vital role in Dragline operations to ensure production targets are met and exceeded while strictly following safe and effective production practices.
Key Responsibilities
Safe operation of Dragline equipment
Conduct and attend pre-start inspections
Monitor ground conditions and bench stability
Follow dig plans and bench design
Record operational data
Perform basic maintenance and fault reporting
The lifestyle:
This position is offered on a 7 Days On and 7 Days Off (Day only) roster and can be residential (Moranbah or Nebo), DIDO, or FIFO (salary sacrificed).
Residential employees may access a $15,000 housing allowance.
