Personal Banker – Strathpine (QLD)
Join Bendigo Bank as a Personal Banker in Strathpine.
Your role is to deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in Strathpine.
The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
Responsibilities
Deliver win-win solutions for the bank and customers by developing an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals and designing solutions that meet their needs, objectives and interests.
Keep up with constant change by educating and supporting customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as the bank continues to innovate its offerings.
Guide customers through personalised lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their goals.
Be a lifelong learner; bring your brilliant mind and take your career to the next level with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
Build connections by supporting customers, giving back and making communities a better place while having fun along the way.
What you'll bring to the role
Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different.
Drive for collaboration – mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
Experience in consumer lending – a plus but not essential.
